By accessing and using the GovindRajbhar Ayurvedic Health Care website ("Site") and any services provided therein, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services, purchasing products, or joining our referral program.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make purchases, or participate in our referral program.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Users found using false identities or fraudulent information will be permanently banned.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP codes.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit offers, referrals, or commissions is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.

3. Products & Orders

• All product prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in appearance may occur.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification by our admin team.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment fraud, or pricing errors.
• Delivery timelines (typically 5–10 business days) are estimates and may vary by location, public holidays, or courier delays.
• In the event of non-delivery, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept UPI payments, bank transfer, and wallet balance as displayed at checkout.
• Payment confirmation requires upload of a valid payment screenshot / UTR number.
• Payments are manually verified by our team within 24–48 hours.
• We are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank errors. Please contact your bank for such issues.
• Do not share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone — our team will never ask for it.

5. Referral & Commission Program

• Referral commissions are earned only when your referred member makes a genuine product purchase.
• Commission percentages are defined by the active commission plan and may be updated by the admin at any time.
• Commissions are credited to your wallet only after the referred order is verified and approved.
• Any abuse of the referral system (self-referral, fake accounts, fictitious purchases) will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
• Commission earnings are subject to applicable TDS/tax deductions as per Indian Income Tax laws. Users are responsible for declaring their earnings.
• Wallet withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and minimum withdrawal limits set by the admin.

6. Treatment Bookings

• Free treatment bookings for underprivileged patients are subject to availability and donor funding.
• We will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of booking.
• Treatment decisions are at the sole discretion of the Ayurvedic practitioner.
• Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
• Booking a free treatment slot does not constitute a medical consultation or prescription.

7. Donations

• All donations are voluntary contributions to fund free Ayurvedic treatment for the underprivileged.
• Donations are strictly non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to treatment programs.
• Donation receipts can be provided upon request for tax purposes.
• We maintain full transparency of how donation funds are used.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, videos, blog posts, product names, and design elements are the intellectual property of GovindRajbhar Ayurvedic Health Care. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform or servers.
• Posting false reviews, misleading content, or spam on our website.
• Impersonating GovindRajbhar or any of our staff members.
• Using our platform or referral system for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Scraping our website data for commercial use without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

GovindRajbhar Ayurvedic Health Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, inability to access the website, or reliance on any information provided herein. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in dispute.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power failures, or courier disruptions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised date will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
