Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GovindRajbhar Ayurvedic Health Care, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The product is not damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • A valid proof of delivery and unboxing video/photo is provided (if requested).
  • The reason for return is one of: wrong product received, damaged during shipping, or product defect.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Donations made through our platform — donations are voluntary and used for free treatment programs for the underprivileged.
  • Digital consultation fees and online treatment booking charges (once the consultation has taken place).
  • Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Products with missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • Customized or specially prepared Ayurvedic kits made to order.
  • Promotional items or products purchased at a special discounted rate during campaigns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

  2. Provide your Order ID, name, and reason for return.
  3. Attach a photo or video showing the product condition and packaging.
  4. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  5. If approved, you will receive further instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as wallet credit (at your preference).
  • UPI/Bank Transfer refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
  • Wallet credits are instant upon approval.
  • Shipping charges incurred at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or our Contact page.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
  • Cancellation of orders that were paid via UPI/QR will be refunded to the wallet or original payment source within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please:

  • Take an unboxing video at the time of receiving — this helps us resolve the issue faster.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Referral Commission & Wallet Balance

  • If an order that triggered referral commissions is cancelled or refunded, the associated commissions will be reversed from the referrers' wallets.
  • Wallet balances earned through legitimate purchases remain valid and non-expiring.
  • Fraudulent or misused referral commissions are subject to immediate reversal and account suspension.

8. Ayurvedic Product Disclaimer

Important Notice: Ayurvedic products are natural supplements. Individual results may vary. The absence of visible results within a short period does not qualify as grounds for a refund. Our products are tested and verified, but effectiveness depends on individual body constitution, adherence to the course, diet, and lifestyle. Please consult our support team if you have concerns about your progress.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, our team will make every effort to resolve it amicably within 10–15 business days. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
