1. Order Processing & Operating Structure

All product orders placed on GovindRajbhar.com are fulfilled and managed under Prizen Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Orders are reviewed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹50 on standard orders across India. Orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more qualify for Free Shipping automatically at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. Metro cities and regional hubs generally receive orders within 3 to 4 days, while rural and remote areas may take up to 7 to 10 days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking reference link will be updated in your user dashboard and shared via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor real-time shipment status.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses, including postal pincodes and reachable phone numbers. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect details.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a parcel appears visibly opened, damaged, or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it or make a note with the courier and notify us immediately within 24 hours with photos.

Please note that partner products (including items from authorized product partner Amulya Herbs Pvt. Ltd. or other external merchants) are fulfilled under the respective partner distribution agreements and terms.
