1. Product Order Cancellation & Operating Structure

All commercial orders on GovindRajbhar.com are managed under Prizen Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Product orders can be canceled free of charge before the package has been dispatched by our logistics team. Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier partner with an assigned tracking number, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit and must follow the standard return procedure upon delivery.

2. Video Training & Masterclass Access

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital educational content, course enrollments cannot be canceled once access to video training materials has been unlocked in your user dashboard.

3. How to Request Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation:

• Log in to your account and navigate to your Orders section.
• Locate the specific Order ID you wish to cancel.
• Alternatively, contact our helpline or WhatsApp support with your Order Number before dispatch.

4. Refund Following Cancellation

If your order is successfully canceled before warehouse dispatch, any pre-payment or deposit made via UPI, bank card, or net banking will be refunded to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days following cancellation confirmation.
